Help Menu
The Help menu assists you in using the program by allowing you to access the online help system, view tips for using the program, and contacting LEAP Technical Support. The Help menu offers the following commands:

| Contents | To open the Table of Contents for the CIP RC/PT Girder Online Help System, select the Contents command from the Help menu. Select an item and the help system displays all of the information associated with that item. Also, the online help system is linked to each program screen, press the F1 key on the keyboard at any time during program execution to access specific program screen help. |
| Index | To search for information using the online help index, select the Index command from the Help menu. Type in the relevant keyword(s) and the index compiles a listing of the matches it finds. Select an item from the list to display the associated information. |
| Contact Bentley Systems Technical Support |
To obtain Technical Support, select Technical Support command from the Help menu. This menu item provides information on contacting by telephone, fax, e-mail, and via the Internet. |
| Email Technical Support | To send a question to Bentley Systems Technical Support, select the Email Technical Support command from the Help menu. This command accesses your computer's e-mail client, opens a new message, creates a subject line, and attaches the project. Type a description of the problem you're experiencing and send the e-mail using the instructions for your particular system. |
| Visit Bentley Systems Web Site | To send a question to Bentley Systems Technical Support, select the Email Technical Support command from the Help menu. This command accesses your computer's e-mail client, opens a new message, creates a subject line, and attaches the project. Type a description of the problem you're experiencing and send the e-mail using the instructions for your particular system. |
| About CIP RC/PT Girder | To find out general information, including the version number and any disclaimers related to CIP RC/PT Girder, select the About CIP RC/PT Girder command from the Help menu. This command also displays general information about your computer system. |

| Search for Help On | To search for information on a particular topic, select the Search for Help On command from the Help menu to open the search engine. Type in the topic(s) to search for information on, and the online help system compiles a listing of the matches it finds. Select an item in the list to display the associated information. |
